Thank you Shalom for your quick and helpful service! Max was professional and took time to explain the issue to us and provided advice to prevent the issue from recurring. He was able to come out the same day for the consultation then returned the following day to complete the service. I appreciate that we didn’t feel like he was trying to upcharge us for additional services that were not necessary and he worked quickly. Thanks again!

Great overall experience from the estimate to installation. Was given thorough information on different options and recommendations. I'm glad I went with their recommendation. Technicians showed up clean and on time each day. They were very thorough and professional while always being courteous whenever I had a question. The team worked very efficiently, and i was surprised how quickly they completed the installation with high quality.

As a property manager, I was so pleased with Shalom Heating and Air when they serviced the AC for one of my properties in Fullerton. The office responded quickly and via both phone call and text message. They arrived on time and resolved the issue same day. They even followed up after the service call. I couldnt be more pleased and they deserve a 5 star review for their great customer service.

Shalom Heating and Air is a wonderful company. All of the staff from the techs to the office staff were amazing. They were extremely professional. They were informative in helping me pick out the right system for my home. They did a great job installing the HVAC system and they left my house cleaner than it was before the installation! I would highly recommend them for you HVAC needs!

Shalom showed quickly as scheduled, gave me the best quote for quality equipment (out of 4 quotations), got permits quickly, started immediately, finished a large job in one long long day. The dual mini split system is working as hoped with no problems. Highest rating for all aspects of the experience!

Shalom installed a whole new system in my rental and completed the job in one day. It only took a week from the onset to get the home warranty to approve and locate the parts. Thank you.

Shalom is excellent; we’ve used them regularly, since they initially installed our furnace, then later added ac. This year we used them for a system tune up and maintenance. Service tech Maxy was neat, professional, patient and courteous. We will only use Shalom to work on our HVAC system. As I said they’re truly an excellent company.

Maxy did an excellent job with the annual HVAC maintenance service and made sure to tell me about any up comping issues so that I could be prepared. The were a couple of issues of getting calls back from the administrator, but we managed.
